I went for a wander in the fresh air and enjoyed a pretty spring sunset on the descent from Win Hill. I caught these sheep as they made there way towards the shelter of the woodland and walls for the evening.

It turns our there is a church in the wild, here in the remote wilderness of Iceland stands a small church with a red roof. Contrasted by the snowy hills and mountains which become it's backdrop. A small place of shelter from the wild weather of the far north landscapes.

The jagged textures of the worlds highest peaks creates a beautiful abstract landscape photograph. High in the Annapurna region the landscape feels alive, you can see the earth moving, layers of rock folding onto each other, different rocks emerging seemingly out of nowhere. A dusting of snow added to spark the imagination.

One of the most beautiful sections of the Annapurna trekking circuit between Tel and Chame. The lush green valley sides carved by the movement of the land. Giant waterfalls scattered around which anywhere else on earth would be the centre of attention. A brief threat of a rain storm brought in the clouds which added drama to the moment.

A day transported inside winter's snow globe. Soft snow falls around the hill of the southern Peak District. Strangely it felt warm and comfortable in these conditions with great company and plenty to enjoy.

A distant, hazy, faint view of the Saint Isles out in the Minch. A subtle print reflecting the mood of the evening looking out to sea and pondering all the events happening between here and there. The life and death actions below the waves and in the sky, birds, whales, dolphins, fisher men, sailors and more. Yet from here it looks calm.
